I've got 3 unopened MRE's from the late 80's-early 90's for sale they would make a great prop for reenactors. C rations were a different story? as 50 years ago I remember eating C rats that were dated in the early 50's.Maybe MRE's ere the same?

I have eaten 22 year old MRE's with no ill effects. Crackers were stale but that was it. Don't remember what the main was. How they are stored is always the key to it. For what he is suggesting the use of that is a good deal.

SOLD Pending Payment Thanks to all for looking Regards Mike As a side bar I had these stored in a car trunk for a few years in case of I got stranded they went through lots of heating & cooling cycles so I don't recommend eating the main meal maybe the accessory packet

My WW2 USAAF living history group is doing a timeline of the USAAF/USAF at the Smithsonian Udvar Hazy museum next month. These will be on display in the Gulf War section of our setup.
