Help Id WWII jacket

Hi all, Can someone decipher this label?, mainly the date it was manufactured. Thanks

Aftermarket copy is my guess. The quilted type lining is the first giveaway. Should be alpaca. "Army Air Forces Type"... Nope. By 1948 it was an Air Force jacket. Early surplus store copies of the WW2 stuff were good quality but rarely had the same lining material.
