CAN ANYONE ID THIS?

This was found in the Mojave desert around other artillery related items. What's left of it measures 3' 8" from the top to the bottom. Maybe part of a clamp?

Looks like part of a truck bed side board joint, interconnects to another one on the other stake bed section.

piece/bracket for side board/rack of a 1tonne trailer pulled in the back of all can of different vehicule
