.30 Cal Brass Headstamp Question

Post by Redleg105 » Mon Nov 12, 2018 9:39 am

Found a lot of .30-06 brass with the head stamp LC 5 and want to know if it's WW-II? Most brass I see has the year in two numbers like SL 43 etc.
Anyone know the answer?

LC 5 is from 1955, they did not use both numbers during years when it was the same.
eg: LC 4 is 1944, LC 6 is 1966, etc.
