Anyone know the proper location of the M31C data plate?
Bought a repop mount. Then a really nice repop brass data plate for it
But!!
Where does it go on the upright tube?
Distance from top of socket?
Or the tube?
M31C data plate location?

I could not locate the information when I installed the data plate on my M31C pedestal, but this diagram could get you closer than I got.

I tried it and it looks pretty decent for me!
I used some vintage press in rivets on mine and I like the look.

Measured my data plate on the M31C mount on my 42 GPW. The mounting holes measure 26 1/2” from the top of the floor mounting plate. Data plate faces toward the windshield. Hope this helps.
