I am. I already have the casings. Just need the projectiles so I can make dummy rounds.

Yeah those would be your best bet as of now. I only have 25-40 pulled bullet heads for Ball and a little less for tracers/AP. And by the time you factor in shipping it would be pretty much the same price.
