Help with mount, now for sale

Hi
Can anybody help me identify this mount
Was told it is main part of a M60 cradle
Asking $125. plus $14.95 USPS Medium flat rate box shipping
If i am wrong on description, please let me know
if price is not in line with what they are worth, feel free to make offer

looks kind of like a stripped cradle for a m-60 in a mutt, the offset element is why my guess goes in that direction
