Lubrication Point?
going to take the newly restored trailer for a spin. can anyone advise on where to lubricate the wheels before starting out? thank you

I don't know what trailer you are working with, but the manual is an invaluable tool if it's available. For example on my welder trailer the manual spells out that the following locations need lubrication:
Springs (shackles)
Axle (Wheel Bearings)
Brakes (Brake linkage and Cables & Conduits)
Drawbar (Front support quadrant & bolt plunger handle)
Oil Can Compartment (Clamping rod threads)
It goes further to state that the following lubes are needed:
CG-1
WB-2
PO
OE-10
It then goes on again to define all of those lubes AND there's a drawing of the trailer with all the lubrication points numbered to correspond to the types of lube needed. Anyway if you are lacking a manual for your trailer I would think this would get you headed in the right direction.
