Yes, trying to sell one of these can be a challenge but this is why the price is only $800.

Pretty good condition thought there are a couple of issues. Some of the front bows need to be replaced and one hand brake is missing (just the handle, not the brake mechanism). Good solid metal except for one small piece on the inside of the right fender; easily fixed.
