What did the army use in ww2 to prevent cargo moving or falling over in their trailers?
Anything or nothing?

Re: Ben Hur cargo straps
I'm not aware of any issued object. The solution always seems to be pack it until nothing else will fit. That mentality is still employed today. When we pack up an Air Force pallet the netting is designed for a full pallet. There's not an easy or orderly way to only partially do it.
