Hi All,

Selling my Field Kitchen Mess / Cooking Trailer. Restored and in really great condition and very rare.

Model 16/36 M38. This mess trailer is French and was made from 1938 - 1960's.

The later models had gas burners, this one burns wood as the earlier units did (and would have been typical of those used with the Allies in WWII).

I have copies of the original manuals for the trailer as well.

Great for reenactments, etc.

I’m not familiar with these. It’s an original usgi issue item or something made by a foreign government?

It is French made from 1938 to the 1960's. This is the earlier version that burns wood. The later versions burned gas.
