Found in the DTC
1. This was found around a RR siding
2. I've found a few of these at different areas
3. I'm guessing this was put on a bulletin board or on a tent post to tell who's tent it is?
4. This small 2" endcap is sitting on a (partial) grenade endcap. What was it for?
Thanks!!
Anyone know what these are?

#3 is in the Civil War accouterments book as issued for "Tent Marker", it is still issued (as far as I know) for label holders within military SSSC supply services. Saw one when I went to get some unit paint and laughed at the duration of the supply system contracts.
