Finding the Impossible? Looking for a Bofors 40 mm

Post by Dave A. » Sat Nov 27, 2021 2:11 am

I've been downsizing by clearing out a number of military items but I still wish I could find a Bofors 40mm on a carriage. In fact, I even told my wife a number of years ago that I would like to buy one when the time is right. Well, the time is right.

Does anyone know where I can find a U.S. made WWII Bofors?

A few thousand, HA! I am in the process of importing a large military item right now. I was forced to ship roll on roll off due to the high cost of a container. The smaller container was over $9000.00 from Europe to the Northeast US. Roll on roll off was almost $4000.00. Another big issue is getting transport from the port to wherever you are. I could not find a trucking company to move the item. I am using a tow company to move it. Good luck with your search. Remember, where there is a will there is a way.
