He was looking for a cut demilled barrel, as the price for an uncut barrel was $11K (if available)

So there is no listing of a barrel for sale, merely a request for a cut barrel if anyone has one out there.

They are correct, more words add clarity and there is plenty of room here for expounding on the post VS a short sweet burst like a radio conversation.
