I would strongly suspect that the M99A1 is the designation for the canvas cover. It would fit onto a M1A1 155 howitzer.

Edited to add: there were posts above mine which are now gone. If you are new to this thread, it won't make much sense as it is.

Maverick in England has a towed 155, M114 howitzer, but then it's an accessory that would lay on the ground during the displays... You could check out the link below and PM him, but cost of getting it to Europe and their VAT and import taxes are killer.

I have an M1A1 howitzer in the UK but I bought a nos canvas from David Yamula. I managed to piggy back on another container coming in so shipping etc was not too bad. It was also a lot cheaper than this one.

Well this is RedCross184 now using RedArrow2016...

I am back on the G and to telling you the truth after talking to Ron the owner of G503 we really do not know what the problem was why they had me leave the G, Ron thoughts were that I might of been hacked some how but none the less I am going to be going through all these posts and getting my count back to where it was before so that people see that it is me.
