Seeking Wooden Crate Hardware

I would like to build 3 or 4 wooden ammunition crates to display with my M3 37mm.
I have dimensions off of an original and one cardboard tube to extrapolate dimensions from if needs be.
What I do not have are the two hinges and two hasps/latches needed per crate.

Would anyone have any rotten, termite eaten, or otherwise unusable crates that they would be willing to remove the hardware from?

I don't particularly want to haul a truck bed full of them, so just 3 or 4 sets would be a big plenty.
If some kind soul(s) here would be willing to help me in that regard, pm me with what you are asking for those pieces before you start removing them. Beggars can't be choosers, but much depends on price.
