Hi Guys,
Often rusty and rotten I was faced with the same problem as Sam (or kW573) I looked for a long time how to do it differently… but I resolved to do the same as him… I took the opportunity to improve the process by making a matrix reversible… room for pictures

That is a great improvement on my design, bolting the matrix instead of welding it.
Also I see the 'dimples' are done in the same operation. Another improvement.
And, being in Europe, they are much closer to many who would benefit, less shipping!
