It is a Dodge truck 1954 or 1955.

If it had served any military service, it would have plaques in, or on the cab identifying its model, maintenance, weights/specs etc. that is pretty common for any civilian type truck used for service. In lieu of the actual placards, there will be a bunch of holes where they would have been affixed. The bed of course is military. Either m211 or m35. Unfortunately that is all I know. Hope that points you towards your answer.

The bed is a miltary bed. I recognize the 'C'-shaped link midway on each side of the bed. I believe it is typical of an M211 truck.
