The CCKW tipper bed is the same dimensions as the cargo bed, and has provision for the canvas top. Makes unloading troops, cargo, whatever, lots easier.

Re: WTB CCKW
Thanks for posting the Cckw info from ebay , Mudflap.
As it stayed available, I made a deal on the unrestored 1941 Closed Cab, winch model, project cckw missing its bed.
Dr Bob, I have a cckw bed I bought from you a few years ago, that will be used to rebuild and restore this beautiful, pre- Pearl Harbor GMC.
Thanks for selling it to me, I always knew that I would find a truck that needed it I just need to find the correct 353 ring mount assembly and 4 more good rims
Best Regards,
Ray

Dr Bob/ I have a 1942 CCKW, short wheelbase, split rears, hard cab with pulpit for sale. Although running and driving when I bought it about 8 years ago I have cosmetically restored it to motor pool +. Disassembled to cab, sandblasted, primed and painted proper od, metal timeing gear, recored radiator, detailed engine, rebuilt troop seats, invasion stars and registration numbers, new seats, all new Vintage wiring, all new tires, rebuilt drive train in 1951 in Holland. Now ready to flip, asking $22,000. I’m in northern NJ JOHN 973-479-3353 Please text first
