Hello Howard, no luck with the Dulacca truck yet but I think I can upload some pics of our M543A2 which may be of interest.I have found the ARN for this truck 103644 and was one of 20 supplied to Army late 1968 to early 1969 and all came with Detroit 6v53 engines ( much noise) Now fitted with 1200 x 20 tyres .

Pete - thanks for the pics - rear bodies are very similar - looks like lighting regs have caught up with your truck. Would be very interested to find out how brake lights were separated from right/left rear lamps... 'cause factory US lamps are combined rear stop/turn reds.... Save that spare tyre (I just need to find 10 more!!!)

Re: RAEME M816
That spare Tyre came with the truck ! Never been used - may not be up to much work .The factory lights all work from the original switch . Indicator lights have the ADR indicators fitted front and rear .Front and rear factory park lights ,brake lights still work but with additional ADR compliant brake and tail light & indicator light fitted.Howard816 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 4:26 pmPete - thanks for the pics - rear bodies are very similar - looks like lighting regs have caught up with your truck. An additional switch in cab operates the cab and body clearance lights. If that switch is left off non factory brake lights and turn indicators will work but no clearance lights. All other lighting works as normal - BO drive,BO marker , headlights ,brake . I need to have a closer look but I assume they took the indicator wiring out of original lamps and wired them into the ADR compliant lamps (maybe) If they had a separate globe for the indicator may have just removed globe .Will check.Seen new wiring harness on EBay for these trucks (rear) 6 months ago .

Just seen posting of a visit to Nungarin WA, Heritage and Military Museum. Looks like John in Perth has donated his truck to the museum - hope he is ok. Pics earlier in thread - page 1.
