Pair of 7.50 x 20 new tires with flaps FS

Have a new pair of Specialty Tires of America 7.50 x 20 tires and flaps for sale. These are new, but I've owned them for about 15 years. They've been stored in a dark place all this time. Price for these is $250 each (tires and flaps). STA charges about $320 for each tire with a flap. PayPal without fees okay. They aren't weather checked at all. What you see, is a dirty film, that looks cracked. With scrubbing, they'll look perfect!
