Jerry Biro is a military engine specialist that may have what you need. I sold him the last of my Hall-Scott parts several years ago. His Telephone numbers are:
740-745-1475 Telephone
740 745-2475 Fax
He is in Ohio.
He did have a NOS Hall-Scott as a display.

There is a company in western Washington state called Olsen (or Olson) Gaskets. They claim to be able to get or make anything you need. I have heard nothing but good about them but have not needed their services myself yet. They are not inexpensive but then nothing for a Hall Scott is. You should be able to google the name and find them.
