Re: Transfer case internal parts
Looks to be NOS. It has obviously done little or no work.
Once again the part that I need to complete a t/fer case is missing. That is the hand brake mounting that bolts onto the brake support fixture with four bolts. Why they did not make it an integral part of the support fixture as was done with the G-508 baffles me?

Hi David, regarding the brake part you're missing, if you would be OK with a functional equivalent, I could draw up the parts needed to replicate it. Probably 4 parts to assemble one.motto wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 4:31 pmLooks to be NOS. It has obviously done little or no work.

Re: Transfer case internal parts
Hi Kirk
Thanks very much for your kind offer.
I do have a t/fer case with the brake band mount on it so have one I can duplicate if necessary but I have a couple of cases on which it is missing . It is surprising how often this part is not there.

Os, sounds good. Was offering to draw it up so the parts could be cut and ready to assemble. Have sent a couple of jobs to a company named OSHCut. They laser cut parts from your digital drawings, and can press brake parts up to 1/4" thick.
Here are some winch roller brackets that I drew up and had cut. The parts were mailed straight to Phillip Givens.

Re: Transfer case internal parts
Hey, I was wondering if you still had all of the internals and external covers for the case. If so what would you ask for all of it?? Thanks…..Tim
