What are "inner wings". Not familiar with that term.

Inner fenders maybe? Fitted inside the front wheel bay between the wheels and the engine.

We call them inner fenders.

The panels between the wheels and engine are called Splash Shields. You also have the Engine Dust Pans fitted to the front crossmember and the Bottom of the Frame Rails.
