Herman and I have been friends for about 25 years. He sent this photo to me many years ago after He attended and event in Normandie. This Chevy now resides at His other home in Germany. Once He came to the So. Cal. MVCC meet at Glendale College, before the truck went to Europe, and showed me that He had done some work to the right front knuckle. He touched up the paint accidentally with gloss black instead of flat, He told me He used a brush to apply the paint. We both had a laugh over it.

Keep up the great work RAGNO, and keep them photos coming!! :)

...or to fit fenders, doors and some interior, it would have been nice to know if the rims and foot pegs were black

PERFECT!! Anchors A-Weigh Mate... :) I love that you took the photos WITH the engine running. The rising condensation adds that special touch to the photos. I'm inspired to do one of these now!!

I'm glad you like it, today I found this surprise in the pieces left over from the restoration, it was stuck in the cardboard of the glove box......

The front fenders and grille on the 1939 model are beautiful. You did a fine job in restoring this vehicle.
