Fresh from behind a local barn. Curious as to what the AUGD-TMP markings mean.

TMP stands for Transportation Motor Pool.

X stands means it was assigned to the headquarters, or Post

Now you just need to figure out AUGD

Robin, is this a new acquisition and is it at the R.B. Museum now?

I found it behind a barn, but let my friend buy it. He will restore it to its military configuration and use it in fund raisers for veterans, like Honor Flight.

Hello Robin,

What a great truck !
Has your friend made any progress yet ?

Pretty rare and unique, a very popular model Chevy with a military history.
It is hard to get better than that 😁😁😁

Keep us posted on its restoration, or have your friend join the G and make a post for it.

Or maybe you can squeeze it into your impressive MV collection, Wow, great collection !!!

Best Regards,
Ray
