You regulator is this one made in the UK. Red LED at the bottom right corner.
Not very difficult to repair.

Its difficult for me to repair, and im in Philippines. That is the one I have. Anyone know what I can do with it to get it repaired. Tough with the natives here.
Hi David,
You could send it back to the manufacturer in the UK. They offer repair services.
But there are very good technicians in the Philippines!
The problems could be : poor solder joints, easy to fix, burnt power diodes under the heatsink, burnt power transistor.
The other components are likely OK.
Attention should also be made to the insulator under the power diodes or transistor.
I've heard from another jeeper that his regulator led was blinking due to an incorrectly placed insulatore.

Heres what happen to my 12v Electronic Regulator
The electrician polarized it, and fried it, thats about how smart they are. I would like to send to the company I bought it from if in was in UK. I do not have a mailing or Email address if someone can help me out with one. I would not expect any free help as the problem I believe was bad install.
In 6 years ive not found a knowledge low voltage electrician in Philippines capable of this repair or even troubleshooting simple things modern. Ive found several that can do beutiful rebuilds if starters and alternators but thats only old school. A good example is this polarizing of the electronic VR I paid $300 for.
