Chevy's in the Snow.
Merry Christmas everyone. I was hoping that the snow would fly a little earlier but it didn't happen until just about 2400 hrs. this night. I had to wait a bit longer until enough snow was on the ground to brighten up the area. The date stamp in my camera is 1 day behind so kindly use your imagination so that it reads 12/26/2021.

Re: Chevy's in the Snow.
I’ve got one ! A Chevy in the snow that is.
I’ve begun the “extraction” process. Want to get a little joyride in later.
And I did ! Here are a couple of time wasting vids.

Hey Tonywan... nice to see a user out there. Out here in MA they salt the roads almost immediately and that's when I leave my stuff in the garage. Also the NDT tires don't do well in the snow as you probably already know. Keep up the patrol duty!!!

That's pretty cool...a G508 in the snow extracting a skidder! Now that is the essence of "keep them rolling"!
Yes Frank, Gert certainly has "traded up" in accommodations and that is great. After last night, maybe even you on the warm sunny coast may have a "Chevy in the snow" image. I hope you all did okay through that storm event.

Lots of ice! Got up at 4 this morning to get the Brides truck de iced so she could go into work (nurse). About an inch of ice on the trees here but did not see any trees down when I walked the property when the sun was coming up. really think all the weak trees were taken out by Hurricane Florence 4 years ago.
Gertrude is nice and dry in her barn.
We are being told to stay off the roads because of the ice, so I got the wood burning stove going, later put some apple cyder on it to warm up, then a splash of Southern Comfort.....and all is right with the world.
