I have a working speedo, new face, and new glass lense but need to find a needle or a parts speedometer with the needle. Anyone have one? Anyone know of a good replacement for the needle?

I've seen two versions depending on the year. Seems the very early production halftrack speedos had an arrow with a round counterweight on the tail. The later ones were more of a wedge shape on both ends. The later needle can be found on the old Harley Davidson/Stewart Warner speedos. I can verify the one's on the old SW Cadet bicycle speedo is an exact match. They can be found on Ebay. Not as cheap as they used to be but INOP versions pop-up on occasion and can be had pretty cheap.

Hope this helps.
