Advice. 1st gear now reverse

Hi,

After selecting reverse gear, Halftrack 1st gear has now become stuck in reverse. Has anyone experienced this issue? Could this be related to the relay lever?

Remove the shift lever by removing the 4 bolts. Look down inside the hole and you will see all the shift shafts. Use a screwdriver and slide the shafts so they are all centered. This will put the trans back to neutral
Install your shift lever back.
The lever can Jump out if that’s the correct way to say it. Something is loose or the lever is worn.
That’s when you may need to repair the trans and better buy a manual for more
