Fabulous find (both times)! I would strongly suggest finding suppliers with strong ties overseas and establishing a friendly relationship with a metal fabricator with a good reputation.

Some one had a lot of time and a pile of steel and lots of shop equipment to build that traxcavator, One of the better built ones to.

Interesting modifications.

Nice looking track pads on this rig.

I see that it has 2 forward speeds and 8 reverse speeds. :D

Here is the newest addition to the M5 family. This one has original engine and has rubber track pads that are in great shape!

Not suure about M-5's but some M-4's used to be encountered abandoned in the Maine woods. Skidders marked the end of these. I have no idea where to start, as we are talking 50 years.
