Good morning!
I’m planning to order a stamp of Persons Logo but I don’t have the correct dimensions. Could anybody send me the details ? Length , width etc.
My email address is Altapat@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance!

Re: Persons Logo Dimensions
Hi Alvin,
you don't say whether the stamp is for the G519 saddle, saddlebag or something else.
The details below are from the Persons stamp on the two original toolbags, and one saddle I have, and these are identical in size and form.
* The impressed border around the shield is 1/16 inch wide.
* The impression of the letters is generally 1/32 inches wide, with tiny variation.
* The letters in PERSONS are all the same height, The E is 3/16 inch tall.
* The E in PERSONS is 1/8 inch wide.
* The letters in WORCESTER MASS. are all the same height, The E is 1/8 inch tall.
* The E in WORCESTER is 1/16 inch wide.
* The letters in U.S.A. are all the same height. 5/32 inch tall.
* The U in U.S.A. is 3/32 inch wide.
* The shield at it's widest point (outside border to outside border) is 1 1/4 inches wide.
* The shield at it's tallest point, from the bottom of the shield to the top of the central 'spike' (outside border to outside border) is 1 5/16 inches tall.
* Distance between the tops of the two outer 'spikes' on the top of the shield is 1 1/8 inches (the central spike subdivides this accurately at 9/16 of an inch).
* The smaller shield surrounding the word Persons, at it's tallest point, from the bottom of the shield to the top of the central 'spike' (outside border to outside border) is 5/8 inches tall.
If you have an original G519, I'd be interested to know more details. I have both the Columbia and Huffman from August 1943.
If you need any more detail, or what I've said's unclear, do let me know.
Best Regards,
Adrian

Re: Persons Logo Dimensions
I apologize for this late reply.
Thank you Adrian for the well detailed logo’s measurements.
Fortunately I was able to buy a 1940s ladies saddle marked with Persons and copied this. So I got a correct stamp now.
Yes I have G519 bicycles.
I’m the new owner of Westfield Columbia MG 90116 , bought from eBay. I believed you posted this into the Cabe site 2 years back. I’m still in the process of searching the correct parts. Early G519 is bit tough to find.
Will message you in Cabe about the details of my other bicycles.
Thanks again.
