What happened to the WLA featured in Wheels & Tracks #11

Some of you may recall the British magazine Wheels&Tracks.
Issue 11 (1985???)featured a TypeIII 42WLA built from scratch by Ray
Walker.

Someone wrote me saying the engine came from Iain Cottrel, but that's it...
