What is this for?

Label: GPA 13485 UNIT ASSY RR LAMP STP 12V
Still in the Ford waxed box.

This is the blackout rear stop lamp that goes into the rear tail light assembly for a Ford GPA. Essentially the same as a GPW stop lamp but in 12 volt.

Yes, it is worth something. Both to GPA guys and guys with 12v jeeps. I don’t remember what the last one I saw sold for. You might do a search that might give you a better idea of the value. I already have some spares and may convert any bad ones I have to LED which seems to be the going trend.
