Spare tyre bumps
Hi could someone measure the spare tyre bumps for me? I’m looking for the diameter and the height. Thanks in advance

Re: Spare tyre bumps
I finally got home last weekend and had a chance to measure the bumps on mine. They're about 4 1/4" diameter on the bottom, 3 1/4"on the top. Height is about 7/16". Sides are sloped, and top and bottom are radiused, so there's no sharp edge to get a precise measurement. Since they're hidden by the spare anyway, it probably isn't important to get the dimensions exact. They wouldn't even have to be stamped into the metal. Any disk close to the right size could just be glued and/or bolted in place. I finally decided that my rear deck was repairable, but while I was expecting to make a new one from scratch, I thought of using hockey pucks. They're a bit too thick, but nobody was ever going to get a good look at them.
