Spicer 18H add-on Center PTO Pulley

I am looking for the add-on PTO pulley that can bolt in and sandwich between the flange output and PTO driveshaft on a Spicer 18H PTO controller (or a Koenig, Ramsey, etc) so I can run a belt accessory with the rear PTO shaft connected. I know this was an original W-O accessory for the PTO drive but never see them around. Linked picture below shows the pulley I am referring, it has a four-bolt pattern unlike another style of pulley that replaces the output flange (splined bore). Of course I have seen the pulley with the W-O number on a diagram not a few weeks ago but now cannot find it to save my life.
