This power take off was designed for the Willys truck, BUT it will fit and MB / GPW, CJ2A, 3A, 3B or CJ5 IF you have an overdrive and the adapter to mount the PTO behind the overdrive. In some ways it is better than the ones designed for the 2A etc because it does not hang down so low, which makes it liable to get bashed when out on the trail. This is missing the lever, the five cap screws, the five pipe plugs, the chain and all but two of the bolts that bolt the two halves of the case together. The output drive has been removed, but as can be seen in the picture, does come with the unit. The seal will have to be replaced - condition of the bearing is unknown. It takes a #40 chain (I think!) which should be easily available from good auto or agricultural factors. All the missing parts should be easily found except perhaps the lever, but I would think anyone with a welder, a drill and a set of dies could easily fabricate one. The other difficult parts to source might be the cap screws, but I think Herm The Overdrive Guy would have them.
Fifty bucks and it's yours. I'm in Oakland, CA but can ship.
