Seeker,
Not much help there, I know. From your posted images, I see one thing that stands out to me. First, I'll say that there are some jeep wheels that have tabs for hubcaps, so to me that wouldn't necessarily be the issue (I'm not saying that would be correct for a CJ but could possibly be found on a SW or DJ - and could end up on a CJ). However, looking closely at the center where the wheel lug holes are, that area should appear smooth on all the jeep wheels I've seen (granted, I haven't seen all the possible jeep wheels). Your wheels have "ribs" running out between the lug holes suggesting these wheels might be from another vehicle.

All that's needed to interchange would be a large enough hole in the center for the hub and then to match the lug pattern. There have been a few examples over the years that have become replacements for jeeps. I've read that Ford wheels were popular but needed the hole enlarged to fit over the center hub.

Put it this way - they are not EARLY CJ wheels, as in CJ2-A, CJ3A, CJ3B, or even early CJ5. I don’t know when they started making hubcaps available but they may be CJ wheels from after that. They are not Ford wheels.

This is an old board topic

I first thought of the International Scout but not certain just an educated guess and I think they did have hub caps.

Steve,
That helped me. The links were long gone but the text provided some vehicles to research.

I have on CL List myself two wheels, right now, same as pictured, plus two M151 wheels for the same price. I think the Wheels are most likely Jeep
Mail truck wheels . no takers. I will most likely scrap them. other than putting them together for rollers for bringing home new projects i dint think they have any value. my two cents.
