what spark plug?

What spark plug do you use in a 1955 CJ5? Mine are fouling fast, I pulled one today, and it is a Champion J8C. Think that is the same plugs I use on my lawn mowers..is that the correct plug?

Frank,
The spark plugs are Champion J8 (assuming the F-head 4cyl). I've hit several references stating the J8C is the same but with a copper core.

Fouling may indicate another problem other than the plugs, i.e. wires or fuel, etc.
