Good morning everyone. I just acquired a 1948 CJ2A in part form. (Needs complete Restoration). My question if anyone can tell me. In 48 what was the trim color or complimentary color for emerald green (which is a dark green) I saw one photo on line and that CJ2A had emerald green on the rims with a yellow pin stripe. I saw another with yellow rims with a emerald pin stripe. Does anyone know the factory correct color would be?
Thanks

This is a good question for the 2A guys on the CJ2A Forum.

Perhaps one of them might be on here as well.

I’m working on a 48 that is going to be Emerald Green, as well. My wheels, and the “Willys”, will be Wake Ivory with a black pinstripe.
