WINCHES COME IN HANDY.

Post by Ben Dover » Tue Jan 30, 2018 10:23 pm

I was a Highway Surveyor on I-95, I used my own 1959 CJ-5 with a KOENIG front winch to haul a few stakes, a Transit and two other surveyors. The winch came in handy at times, when winching across 75' of soft going saved us from having to walk 2 miles. I was averaging 600 miles a week using my Jeep on one project.
