Anyone know what these are ?
First pic on driver side floor left corner pushes into floor.
Second pic on dash looks like a starter of some kind?

Floor, high beam switch for headlights albeit something doesn't look quite right. Missing the bottom screw?

Dash, not factory. Added starter button perhaps.

BTW, welcome aboard!

Bburn,
You will benefit from having a Service Manual (SM). Studying the wiring diagram will help in identifying how things are connected. Older drivers will remember the floor dimmer (not so much younger drivers) but in my case, the Previous Owner (PO) had disconnected the dimmer switch and wired the low beam and high beam on different indents on the light switch. It was easy to re-wire using the diagram.

Following the wires that attach to all the switches, gauges and lights can help identify what they're being used for. As Bill points out, that added button could be the starter. Most jeeps had the starter on the right side of the transmission cover. Look to see if you have what appears to be very similar to a second dimmer switch.

Weatherproof Rubber button type starter or momentary switch.
Your clutch pedal needs to be moved back to its original brake pedal location.
