M100 registry

Post by Old Dodge Guy » Mon Sep 30, 2019 6:15 pm

Is there a registry for M100 trailers? All my searches come up with is "404" errors or references to a supposed registry, but none show me how to find the registry.
Thank you, ODG

Hello ODG,

Here is some info from an earlier post.

It looks to me it would be a great idea to get one started her on the G503.
Plenty of M100 trailers out there, but no database.

It says some other website has a "data base" but I haven't seen it.

You have to register for the site, I haven't as I use the G.

Best Regards,
Ray

Thank you very much, that was pretty much the info I was looking for. There is a rudimentary registry at the site you gave me, but it is sort of a starting place only. About 80 or so entries and not searchable, just a .csv format.
As to other registries, you pretty much sum up what I have found, that they don't exist.
I would like to see such a registry, but have NO interest in creating one! Sorry
After reading that registry, mine seems unusual, in that my serial number on the data plate and the USA numbers are the same.
My info
Dunbar Kapple
DOD 6-51
Serial 011726XX
USA 011726XX
It has some rust in the floor and a little in the front right side from sitting with water in it over the years.

How common is it to have the serial and USA numbers matching?
All this is new territory for me.

Thank you for the help, ODG

Not very likely the 0117 is the start of a registration number...my 2-51 serial # is 00125x and reg.# is 011647xx
1951 M38 #22936
1951 M100 DUNBAR
MVPA #11788
MVCC

I could go with an 017xxx number, as I can not see the second 1 due to the seam. I am just inferring it due to the spacing.
