Just wondering if anyone has added a master battery shut off and what type did you use and where did you install it?
Thanks for your input.

Re: Add battery shut off switch.
Hi,
I do not have a mighty might but have cut off switches on all my military vehicals. I use old style Caterpillar cut offs and all have same key. I mount in place that cant be seen easily. Most of mine are on the firewall behind the dash. Location depends on vehical, location of battery, and available holes in the firewall.
I find them very helpful to prevent batter drain down and worring about theft. I try to hide so can see from engine compartment of in the cab.
All a personal choice and how original one wants to be
Hope this helps.

Re: Add battery shut off switch.
Thanks for your input and suggestions. Trying to keep as original as possible without adding new holes to firewall or dash. Am sure the old Cat switches work great.
Thanks again,
Bruce

Cut offs at the battery are the easiest and least invasive.

Re: Add battery shut off switch.
I added a knife blade type cut-off at the negative post of the battery. Very easy to do and seems to work just fine. A little extra security in lieu of a keyed switch.
