Hi Jeff,
I have no scary message.
The upload process works w/o error, but I’m unable to browse through my gallery beyond the first page.
i was using Safari and Firefox for my test.

Yes, it started to work for me again, although intermittently. I wonder if maintenance was being done to the site while I was trying to log in.

I uploaded 20 photos last night. What is going on right now? I tried to log In / Out and rebooted twice. Display looks different? Unable to upload. Again.

I was having the same problem where Surfacezero looked different than before, and it wouldn't allow the buttons to appear where I could upload photos. If I refreshed it about 100 times it would occasionally look normal and work, but then only for a bit.

Finally figured it out. I use Chrome as my browser. I finally tried another browser that came on my computer....I think it's called Microsoft Edge? I can see the icon, but doesn't show a name.

Anyway, I only use the Edge browser now to upload to Surfacezero. It's never had a problem. Still can't use Surfacezero in Chrome. Happy to have found a workaround. Was driving me crazy!

Hopefully, the above may be of some help for others...

FWIW edge is my default browser and I (original poster) had the same issues. I thought I was working during a maintenance shutdown because the problem seemed to be intermittent. I’m just adding this info to help the troubleshooters.

That's interesting. Surfacezero is still useless to me in Chrome, but have not had an issue with Edge, at least that's what I think it is called, since going to Surfacezero from that browser. I'll have to see if I can figure out the name of the icon and if it is in fact Edge. The icon Kinda looks like the 29th division SSI.

Good luck. Drove me crazy for a few months.

Edit: Figured it out. It is Microsoft Edge that I use for Surfacezero now. I don't use it for anything else.

Thanks for the suggestions. I use MS Edge as my primary. No luck. Tried Chrome too. The same incomplete screen appears.
Multiple reboots. Log In / Outs too.

Maybe some administrator will look at it tomorrow?

I posted about it three months ago and no one looked at it:

viewtopic.php?f=160&t=336625

Took me about that long before I tried Edge which works for me now. Still won't work in Chrome for me. I've only ever used Chrome in the past. Happy I tried Edge. Only use it for posting to Surfacezero now. The past few months were frustrating for sure.

When in Chrome over the past few months, I'd just refresh the page a few hundred times and eventually it would work for a few photos. Then back to the white background. Only discovered that as I was so pissed off I just kept hitting refresh out of frustration. lol

Good luck!
