MB rear leaf springs

Post by adamnurmi » Wed Sep 21, 2022 6:46 pm

Just received a pair of rear leaf springs from RFJP part number A614. Question is do you normally have to remove a bushing from the shackle end? Also is the front pivot side loaded with a brass bushing or should I press that out too and installing the brass bushings from RFJP?

Thanks,

Adam

Yes you need to remove one of the bushings. They come with two because that spring has more than one application and would use two depending on what shackles you have.

PS, don't call Ron please. He is one guy answering calls, putting together orders, shipping orders and he's desperately trying to get a lot done before he takes off for Kentucky the 18th.
