Anyone know what 101T would stand for?

Anyone know what 101T would stand for?

Picked up M170 front line ambulance, 1963, Vietnam era. Owner was younger guy who never got this inherited jeep started. Front bumper is, not original markings, I am sure, 7A101T Presume 7A is 7th Army and immediately thought 101 would be the typical 101st airborn, but the T is what is throwing me. I also presume no airborn division would be assigned ambulances, that they all would be medical corps units, but just wondering what the previous owner was trying to represent.

I'll hang up and listen.

well, in the AR 746-2300-1 dated '55 that I have handy...the "T" would mean Transportation so, 7Army 101st transportation...???
