Motor Vehicle Operations Okinawa, 1972-76

Doing some research on a 1971 International Scout that was shipped new to Okinawa, sold surplus to a GI in the '80s and ended up back here. Current owner has the original logbook. I am researching military Scouts in general and because I have a lot of documentation n this Sout, it's giving me some insight on others from the same era. Is there anyone with knowledge of various Motors Pools operating on Okinawa in the '72-75 era (or into the '80s)? I have some specific questions about how certain things operated there. Many thanks!
