That appears to be a reverse lend-lease jacket made by the Aussies for US troops, very nice

Also known as the Ruptured Duck pin in GI slang.

Awarded to EVERY US veteran of WWII (All services). There is also a small brass lapel button (goes through lapel buttonhole)
