Paint on the non-basket Chenowth FAV
Power washed the frame and got all the dirt and sand out of everything last week. Did spot sandblasting to cure miscellaneous rust. Lots of dirt - not much rust since these lived in the desert for decades....meet a guy that works on-base who said he spotted them at some back-of-the-base motor pool a decade ago; made inquiries about them, but no one stepped up to get rid of them until a base clean-up sent them to scrap auction last October. Only obvious additions to the non-basket model was the battery cut-off switch plate above the right-side battery and the second battery tray behind the driver's seat. Several Dzus connectors were missing----do you know how to measure the length of those - apparently there are different heights but I need to know if you measure from the top of the 1/4-turn screw to the bottom of the screw or to the hole where the wire end clips in at that 1/4 turn????
